Independent Developer Status
Natlus Campaign Builder is developed and maintained by Natlus for internal company use. It is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. All TikTok trademarks and API references belong to their respective owners.
Purpose of the Skill
The skill uses the TikTok Business API, on behalf of an authorized advertiser account, to:
- Create advertising Campaigns
- Create Ad Groups within a Campaign
- Create multiple Ads within an Ad Group
All actions are initiated by the authenticated user and executed through TikTok's official Business API, subject to TikTok's own policies and review processes.
Warranty & Liability
The skill is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Natlus is not responsible for ad spend, billing charges, account disapprovals, or losses resulting from campaign, ad group, or ad settings configured through the skill. Users are responsible for reviewing all configurations before and after creation, and for complying with TikTok's Advertising Policies.
Data We Access
To perform its function, the skill accesses only the data required to create Campaigns, Ad Groups, and Ads:
- Advertiser / Business Center account identifiers
- Campaign settings — name, objective, budget, status
- Ad Group settings — targeting, placement, budget, schedule, bidding
- Ad creatives and details supplied by the user — copy, media references, destination URLs
- API access tokens needed to make authorized calls to TikTok
How Data Is Used
This data is used solely to build and submit Campaign, Ad Group, and Ad creation requests to the TikTok Business API, and to return status and confirmation results to the user. It is used exclusively for Natlus's own company purposes.
Retention & Security
Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the skill and is not kept longer than required for that purpose. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect API credentials and campaign data, including limiting API scopes to what is required for Campaign, Ad Group, and Ad creation.
User Rights
Users may revoke the skill's API access at any time via their TikTok Business Center or Ads Manager settings, and may request deletion of any data retained in connection with the skill.
